Where is my account tab

I have had the same problem multiple times. I normally have mutliple tabs
saved with my gnucash file. Once in a while, I come back to my book and all
of my tabs are gone,  including the accounts tab. I do know yet know what is
causing that to happen. There is a bug for sure.
