Scheduled transaction not getting enterred..

I extracted *one* of the transactions listed in the "unable to find a
common currency..." messages.  The info is below.  The expense account
is tagged as "Groceries" and the other account is a credit card account,
one which we still have and which is perfectly valid.

I'm not sure what I need to look for in this....  I can poke more, but
need some guidance on what to look for.
