In the price editor, use the 'Add' button to add a price quote for a
given commodity. If you click (not double-click) to highlight a
commodity before hitting Add, the box will already have the commodity
set up, so you just adjust the price and time. Double clicking or
hitting 'Edit' will bring up an identical form, but then just change an
existing quote.

Alternatively, when you record a commodity purchase or sale the price
should be recorded in the price editor under certain circumstances (but
not always for some reason).

Lastly there is Finance::Quote, which updates prices automatically.
