balance sheet problem due to dividend reinvestment

Just to confirm, when you sold did you create two transactions:

sell assets:acountforproceeds Shares:7.757 Price: 20 Sell:155.14

and 

Loss income:realized gains Sell: 16.76

Frankly I have the same problem with my balance sheet being off.
