1.8.12 on SUSE 10.1 Finance::Quote

Just loaded a clean SuSe 10.1 system. Nice to see the gnucash rpm there.
When you start up the price update tells you to run
update-finance-quote. So I did, and it said it worked correctly. But
then the price updater still fails with the same message.

To get it to run, need to force install HTML::TableExtract to get past a
failed test.
