Font size problem with v 1.8.11

I recently got a new, bigger monitor.

Gnucash screens became less easy to read as a result.

I found within Gnucash a facility to increase the size of the characters 
in my registers, but I haven't been able to find an equivalent facility 
for other screens, such as my account summaries.

Is there one somewhere within Gnucash which I just haven't spotted?
