Well I finally got things to work. Talk about wandering lost in the desert of
failed dependancies!

For the record, I installed:

libofx-0.8.0-3.i586.rpm
gwenhywfar-2.1.1-1.aq.suse100.i586.rpm
aqbanking-1.9.3beta-1.suse100.i586.rpm
aqbanking-ofx-1.9.3beta-1.suse100.i586.rpm
gnucash-ofx-1.8.12-0.rauch.10.i686.rpm
gnucash-1.8.12-0.rauch.10.i686.rpm

In that order. I used yast to do the install to ensure everything was
registered properly.

Thanks for the suggestions... Tom.
