Um, why do you have gnucash-ofx-1.8.11 and gnucash-2.0.1?  I would think
that those are not compatible, and indeed the symbol of your error,
gnc:*ui-startup-hook*, does not exist in 2.0.x...  Remove the 1.8
gnucash-ofx package.
