Are you sure you got the same problem....!!!

$ gnucash --add-price-quotes 2006-2007.gnc
gnucash: [M] "Found Finance::Quote version ""1.11"
gnucash: [E] "book-add-quotes unable to open file"

** ERROR **: Failed to add quotes to 2006-2007.gnc.
aborting...
