This is weird again. You have the pkg-config files for gconf2
development (checking for gconf-2.0 >= "2.0", result:yes), typically
provided by gconf2-devel. This package should depend on gconf2, which
contains gconftool-2. But that is not found (checking for gconftool-2,
result:no).
