This one is fixed in a recent commit. If you don't want to wait until  
the next 2.1 tarball is available, you can add a 'gnomeprint' folder  
to base-gnucash-source-dir/checks and copy all the .chk files to the  
new folder (gnucash-2.1.0/checks/gnomeprint/). You won't be able to  
print checks with fink's current gtk+2, though, until the next  
tarball. The check definitions should have different x-y origins, but  
having the .chk files in both places allows the build to finish.

FWIW, 2.1.0 builds and runs now for me on a ppc mac.
