Just a quick question, Derek. Both you and another poster suggested reparenting
each account. I wonder whether it would be possible to delete the root account
*first* and tell GC to move the contents to the top level (like one can do when
one deletes an account that has transactions in it)?
Just thinking aloud here; I'm not on 2.2 and I haven't got this problem...
