Gnucash Tutorial

I just installed gnucash2, opened it for the first time and selected the tutorial for new users option.  It said docs were not installed, so I tried to install them and got the failure below.

Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be able to
fix things by running:

  fink scanpackages
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install gnucash-dev=1.8.12-11 gnucash=1.8.12-11

I followed the instructions (above) and it said it was going to remove gnucash2.  As follows:
