Success installing Windows v2.2.1; first impressions (and some bugs)

Spoke too soon, sort of. Having installed 2.2.1, I see it's using 
different (smaller) fonts, and the mark is indeed reduced to a squiggle.

If anyone knows where I should look for the relevant config data, I would 
dearly like to change back to the old font. The new one is too small for 
my screen.
