GnuCash 2.2.1 Released

Hello Andreas,

Many thanks to the Gnucash team for another excellent release. Gnucash just
keeps getting better and better.

It built (rpmbuild -tb gnucash-2.2.1.gz) and installed without problems. So
far I have found no bugs.

The only thing that I consider could be improved is the behaviour of the
'Transfer' dialogue. It would be nice if the account I am in when I select
'Transfer' is the account automatically selected as the 'From' account. This
used to be the default behaviour several releases ago.

Again, many thanks to the team.

Regards,

Graeme.
