Installing Finance::Quote

AHA!  See, you left out that important piece of information, that
you're running on Windows!  Now, if you had mentioned that I could
have told you that you'll just need to install ActivePerl and then
you can run the F::Q activation script which, IIRC, should be available
through the Start menu.  (I'm not 100% sure of this last part,
I'm afraid)..

But the docs you pointed out are for Linux/Unix/Mac, not Windows.
