GnuCash always crashes on start up

Hi,
Try starting gnucash with the command guncash --nofile in a terminal window.
See if that helps. You may have some problem with the data file you have
tried to open. If anything is printed on the terminal before bug-buddy,
please post it here, to maybe show what is causing your problem (I don't
think that the bug-buddy stuff you have posted will help, but others may know
better!)
2.0.2 is way old, and has loads of bugs fixed by more recent versions.
there is a newer version (2.2.0, afaik) available from
ftp://ftp-1.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/suser-crauch/10.2/
which you add as an "installation source" in YaST.
HTH,
Maf.
