report missing in Custom menu

I think this is a (obviously pretty bad) bug in the custom report menu
handling.  IIRC, the solution is to have "sufficiently" different names for
the reports; try making sure the first character is different :( .  You
should be able to edit ~/.gnucash/saved-reports-2.0 (while gnucash is closed)
to achieve the name change.

That is how "saving" reports works, basically, under the covers.  The options
for the source report are cloned (at runtime), and the overridden options are
applied.
