Budgeting and forecasts

Currently, there is no way to do this GnuCash, but it is an
oft-requested feature, so it's likely to show up evenually (maybe not
soon, though).

One work around is to export the report as html (it's a table) and
import it in to a spreadsheet program to do the sums that show the
projected balances.
