Entering Fractions on Funds

Hi Derek,

    I'm using version 2.2.2. I've found out I was missing one thing.. The
Smallest Fraction on the Account Properties was set to "Use commodity
value". Changing that to 1/100 solved the issue with the 7.6 value.. However
I'm still unabel to register the brokerage fee adequately..
Regarding the locale currency, it's set to BRL, as is the account locale
currency.
