For the first transaction, select the account of the second one as the
transfer account manually. For the second occurrence of the same
transaction, uncheck both boxes so the transaction appears in red "DO
NOT IMPORT" so you don't get duplicates in your accounts.

Over time, the importer will match on previous names, so it will be
less work in the future if you have repeated transaction types.

If you want to check that everything was imported properly, you can
always re-import the same .ofx file. The second time you do it, it will
only show you the transactions which were left in red the first time.
This second time, they should likely all show "(auto) reconciled" to
show that they matched the transaction already in the account that you
successfully imported last time.
