Linking two transactions (a transfer) after an import.

Thank you to all three of you who have replied.

Now I know that the manual deletion of the duplicate entries is the "right
way" to do this I have less of a problem with it. I just wanted to be sure
that there was not a better solution hidden somewhere.

I used to keep track of my accounts with an excel sheet that I had written
myself and did exactly what Renato suggested with a "transfers" account. It
worked but didn't seem elegant. I could not immediately tell where a sum was
coming from or going to. Using the idea of deleting the second transaction
and creating the link "manually" leads to every transfer showing exactly
where it is going or coming to.

Now I just need to resolve my last mt940 to ofx conversion problems and I
have a great financial software that seems to do everything that I want.

Thanks for all your help.
Neill
