Reconcilation - starting balance incorrect

During reconciliation you should check that all transactions PAST and
present that should be reconciled are reconciled. That means that if
there is a past transaction that became un-reconciled (because it
was changed), that txn should show up in the reconcile window, and you
should re-reconcile it at this time by checking it.

IF, after all past and present txns are marked and the balance is still
off, then you might have deleted a reconciled transaction, so you'll have
to look for it.
