Save Report

Hello,
I had opened up the "Expense Piechart" report, and changed some of the 
options. Thinking I could save this customize version, I hit "Save 
Report." Now when I open GnuCash, on the left it has several "(Report 
not found)" tabs. "Expense Piechart" is now missing from Reports->Income 
& Expense, and there is an "Expense Accounts" report in Reports->Custom. 
However when I click on the report under Custom, it crash GnuCash.

How can I get Expense Piechart back, and delete the buggy Custom report, 
as well as not have the (Report not found) tabs open on startup?

I am using GnuCash 1.8.12 on Ubuntu
