GnuCash 2.0.5 Release

Hi,

Could you edit http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/SuSE with this information,
and on that page include the links on the main GnuCash wiki page for
SuSE?  It would probably help SuSE users significantly to have a good
place to look.
