Problem creating new accounts

When I'm in the general journal and type in an account that doesn't 
exist it asks me whether I wanted to create a new account, and if I 
select yes, it gives me the new account dialog.  So far so good.  But 
when I click OK, it offers to save the transactions to the general 
ledger, instead of closing the new account dialog.  Sometimes clicking 
OK on the save part crashes GnuCash.  Othertimes, I believe it comes 
back to the new account dialog, as if nothing happened.  But in either 
case, it doesn't create the new account, and at best gives me a chance 
to save the file before death.

I'm running 2.0.99 built from svn r15574M dated 2007-02-12 on Windows.
