2.0.4 Backtrace on Start-up (99% solved)

What happens if instead of commenting out this line you change
the code in app-utils/hooks.scm, changing line 20 to read:
(set! args '())
Does that also solve the problem? Doing what you suggested affects
the report loading at application startup.
