Oh, ok.  First, congrats on installing GnuCash on Windows.  Second, I've
tried lots of solutions for copying files back and forth between Windows
and Linux machines, and I'm a big fan of Samba.  Basically, set up your
Linux box as a samba server for Windows -> Linux comunication, and then
use some sort of SMB browser for Linux -> Windows communication.

If that doesn't work out, then setting up an rsync server on both
machines is a good choice too.  I found it cumbersome to set up an rsync
server on Windows, but it may be easy for you.
