Transfer of Files from Linux to Windows Version of Gnucash

Hello all

Am a recent user of Gnucash and am setting up an account for my residents
association.  I work in Gnucash in Linux (Mandriva).  However, the
association  personnel would like to work in Windows.  When I tried to load
the Gnu Accounts file from Linux to windows it  just shows a blank page.
Kindly help
