clear stored QIF import relations

In my efforts to get everything straight on a huge QIF import I assigned
some transactions to the wrong accounts.  To test my corrections to the
QIF files I need to clear the relationships from the last attempt.  I
have created a template account file and copy that to a new test file,
but the transactions assigned in previous tests are still there.  Hoe
can I reset them?
