OFX direct connect problem: one bank, two account?

I face a similar problem. With another institution where I have multiple
accounts, I don't have a problem. But with my bank, I see the same error as
noted by Jerry.
My a/c info with the bank is a little weird. Instead of just numbers, my a/c
number reads like xxxxxx-00/Checking, xxxxxx-11/Sh.Savings. I can download
transactions for the checking a/c, but not the others.
