Lost my P and L report. How do I get it back?

Somewhere in Version 2.0 land I screwed up and lost my Profit and Loss
report from the Reports Menu.  How do I get it back, please? It seems I
brought my troubles into 2.0.1 (Mandriva 2007) when I brought my data
file across.

Also, I would like to be able to include 2 Liability accounts on the
Income Statement ( I understand that it is logically excluded because it
"just don't belong there" ) but it would be handy to have all the info I
need for a GST calculation on one page.
