Hi Kevin,

You don't need one. Use the rpmbuild command to build one yourself.

rpmbuild -tb (tarball file) You can do this from the directory you 
downloaded the tarball to.

You will end up with a binary rpm package.

See man rpmbuild .

The 2.0.4 tarball built just fine on my FC4 system.
