GnuCash 2.1.5 Released

When I try this, it appears to do several redirects ending with 
<http://.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gnucash/index-sf.html> (note 
improbable leading dot) which does not resolve.

Following the Sourceforge link under "Downloads" on the main page 
<http://www.gnucash.org/> and then selecting the 2.1.5 download link gets 
me a list which does not include Windows binaries.

I would like to test the Windows build. Can someone help me find it?
