[gnucash] Which Report?

It depends what you mean by "added".  I think it would be a BAD idea
to copy the report and just change the name.  However, we could add
some code to create two bindings to the same report code, so the same
report would get run from "Income Statement" and "Profit & Loss".  But
that presupposes that that's what we'd want to do.
