started crashing on Windows, 2.1.3 and 2.1.4

That worked.  I did the workaround at

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=443941#c6

The newest scheduled transaction that I had created had one of those

<fs:ui_type>once</fs:ui_type>

lines, so that must be what was causing it.
