openssl-0.9.8 for SuSE 10.0?

I'm trying to upgrade from gnucash 2.0.4 to 2.0.5 on SuSE 10.0.

I downloaded aqbanking-qt3-2.2.8-0.pm.1.i586.rpm, but it complains:
error: Failed dependencies:
        libcrypto.so.0.9.8 is needed by aqbanking-qt3-2.2.8-0.pm.1
        libssl.so.0.9.8 is needed by aqbanking-qt3-2.2.8-0.pm.1

I can't find an rpm for libssl... I managed to download the source for
openssh-0.9.8e, compile it (test that it works) and install it.

However, when I try to install aqbanking-qt3-2.2.8-0.pm.1.i586.rpm, it
still complains about the same failed dependencies.

1. Does anyone know where I can download the dependent libraries?  I
couldn't find them on pbone. The Smart package manager lists only
openssl-0.9.7g.
2. Failing #1, does anyone know how to trick rpm into understanding that
I really did install openssl-0.9.8e?
