"Unspecified fatal error" on Windows

I don't recall which reports I tried, but I believe one of them was the
budget report.  GnuCash simply vanished the moment I picked it from the
menu.  Hopefully someone here can help me get GnuCash running again, so
that I can look further into what logs if any are generated when that
happens.
