I don't think it's too hard ... as per IRC the other day, IIRC it boils
down to just a couple of commands ... assuming you have the right
openjade and jadetex and DTD and ... :/

The hardest part is figuring all that out more specifically and encoding
it into gnucash-docs' configure.in.
