Gnucash 2.05 won't build on Ubuntu 7.04 (beta)

Old packages can be downloaded through launchpad.  For gtkhtml,

* visit https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtkhtml3.8/3.13.6-0ubuntu1
* choose your architecture on the left hand side (e.g. feisty amd64)
* choose your binary package (the source package generates four binary
ones) on the right hand side (e.g. gtkhtml3.8 3.13.6-0ubuntu1)
* download the .deb file
