This directory comes from g-wrap. You're not getting g-wrap installed
properly.

THIS means you don't have GUILE installed. Make sure you have
guile-1.6 installed, too.

Indeed, it is with macports. You might try removing all your macports
and just re-installing from scratch. I don't know of a good way to
do that, I'm afraid.
