Change "INVOICE" to "TAX INVOICE"

lines 704 and 705 of fancy-invoice.scm are:
(gnc:html-table-cell-append-objects!
invoice-cell (_"INVOICE"))
Looks like the place to add TAX inside the quotes.
I don't use invoices (don't have the business stuff set up), so I
haven't tested this location.
