Enabling Online Securities Quotes

1.   I cannot get this to work.  when I open the Security Editor at see 
 > Warning: Finance::Quote not installed properly<
2.   I cannot find perldoc Finance::Quote on my computer
3.   I cannot find gnc-fq-update on my computer.

I am running Windows XP Pro.

What can I do to enable online retrieval of stock quotes?

I am presently using Quicken 2008, but I am evaluating GnuCash for 
possible use next year.  Online stock price information is critical to 
this decision.
