Reconciliation Report

View->Filter By...->Status.
Then check the box you want (likely just Unreconciled)
Then Report->Account Report.

This will make a report for all unreconciled items in the account, not 
just checks.

More experienced gnucash gurus will have to help if you want more than 
that.
