Printing backward temporary solved

Recently, I mentioned the reports were being printed backward, although 
it look okay when viewed on the monitor.  I was printing to a Canon 
Pixma MP-160 printer.

I was told to use pdfCreator but still things were being printed 
backward.  :-(

Today, in fooling with gnuCash, I tried exporting the file.  It works!  
The report is exported to htm/html format and one must use a browser to 
open it and then have it printed out.  Be sure to named the file 
<whatever>.htm or <whatever>.html so your browser can pick it up.

This is a temporary work-around for me to use until someone fix the 
current bug of printing backward.
