perl problem

I still can't get Gnucash 2.2.0 to download quotes, gnc-fq-dump works.
 I believe there was a similar problem in openSUSE 10.2.  I have 10.3.
 I have run gnc-fq-update but may not have the perl module
Crypt::SSLea installed in the right place.  the installation script
doesn't like any of the suggested locations and aborts.  Can anyone
suggest where it should go and what else I can do to locate and fix
the error.
