Yes, it is a known dependency problem of openSUSE 10.2:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=242504

It should be fixed in openSUSE 10.3 and perl-Crypt-SSLeay is in a list
of requirements of gnucash.

But there is not guarantee, that it will work after using of CPAN
updater.

I think, that at least distribution version of gnc-fq-update should warn
about it. Please try to revert all changes done by gnc-fq-update,
reinstall these packages from RPM and try again.
