How to add custom reports in menustructure?

Hi,

I made some custom reports for personal use with the build-in tools. When i save them they appear in Reports->Example->multicolumreport->options available reports. I like to add them in a seperate menu: Reports->Personal reports. Is this possible, maybe it's already been done. If so where to start?
