Windows nightly build: Would you use it?

Thank you to everyone for their input on this. The comments and suggestions
have been insightful.

Based on the demand for these files (lower than I expected), I will leave
them on the sideline at http://cyberbird.yi.org/gnucash/ so that they are at
least accessible for those who want them.
