Same here with gcc 4.0.1 and MacPorts 1.5 on OS X 10.4.10
This after trying to reinstall GnuCash because of it being broken by
some dynamic library problem which I think is caused by another
MacPorts install (I suspect one of these but don't know how to
verify: Gimp, InkScape, Lynx, Scribus, Webalizer, WireShark, gkRellm):
dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libgconf-2.4.dylib
Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/gnucash-bin
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:
/opt/local/lib/libgconf-2.4.dylib: unknown file type, first
eight bytes: 0x9A 0xE0 0xC7 0xA1 0x32 0x16 0xFD 0x6F
/opt/local/lib/libgconf-2.4.dylib: unknown file type, first
eight bytes: 0x9A 0xE0 0xC7 0xA1 0x32 0x16 0xFD 0x6F
Trace/BPT trap
All this while preparing a new clean system on an external drive.
As GnuCash is one of my critical applications I wonder how to build a
binary in a dedicated GnuCash folder. This to prevent such problems
ever occurring on my workstation.

Johan
